Ingredients 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar ½ teaspoon coarse salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 bunches watercress, tough stems trimmed, coarsely chopped (8 cups) Directions Combine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a salad bowl.
