Ingredients :: 

2 gauva washed and chopped after removing seeds
1/2 cup washed and chopped corriander
2 green chilles
1 inch ginger
salt to taste

Recipe :

1. In a blender mix everything apart from salt and make a fine paste
2. Add water if the consistency seems very dry while blending.
3. Add salt and serve with some pita chips.

Tips :

1. Alternatively you can add garlic instead or ginger for a different flavour.
2. You can also add black salt instead of plain salt or chat masala for tangy flavour.

Ingredients :: 

1 cup washed and chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup washed and chopped corriandar
1 raw mango peeled and chopped (remove the seed)
1 green chilly
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 jaggery or brown sugar
salt to taste

Recipe :

1. In a blender mix everything apart from jaggery and salt and make a fine paste
2. Take the mixture in a bowl and add jaggery and salt and mix well. It is ready to serve now.
3. Tastes best when chilled.

Tips :

1. Also try adding a spoonful of this chutney to a glass of chilled water to make summer coolers.

1 cup washed and chopped mint leaves
2 cup washed and chopped corriandar
1 small chopped onion
1 green chilly
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup curd
1/2 spoon dry mango powder (amchur)
1/2 spoon chat masala
salt to taste

Recipe :

1. In a blender mix everything apart from spices and salt and make a fine paste
2. In a bowl mix amchur, chat masala, salt to curd and blend together.
3. Now add the green mix to curd mix and blend in.
4. Serve with some tandoori grilled chicken or paneer or veggies.
