Ingredients :: 

3 spoons suji
500 ml whole cream milk
4 spoons milkmaid
8 spoons sugar
4 spoons roasted kaju, kismis and charoli (chironji)
pinch green cardamom powder

Recipe :

1. Dry Roast Suji in a pan till it turns brown and fragrant.
2. Add milk to the suji and take a boil.
3. Once the milk starts boiling add, sugar and keep stirring till it dissolves. You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to your taste.
4. Add milkmaid & green cardamom powder and mix well.
5. Garnish with dryfruits and serve warm.

Ingredients :: 

1/2 cup over night soaked tapioca beads
500ml milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup mix dryfruits of choice
cardamom powder

Recipe :

1. In a pan add milk and bring it to boil.
2. Add tapioca to the boiling milk and keep boiling till it starts to thicken.
3. Add sugar and cardamom powder and boil till sugar dissolves.
4. Add mixed dryfruits and turn off the burner.
5. Chill it in Refrigerator for an hour before serving.
6. additionally you can add condensed milk as well for a richer taste. Reduce the quantity of sugar by half and add that much condensed milk. Also you can add a few strands of saffron.
